Processing Time

All Everyday Care products are handmade in small batches with care. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During promotions, launches, or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Victoria: 2–5 business days

Interstate: 3–8 business days

Regional/Remote areas: may take longer

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup (Wangaratta)

Local pickup is available in Wangaratta, Victoria. If this option is selected at checkout, you’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

If tracking is included with your shipping method, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Everyday Care is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Warm Weather Notice

As some products contain natural oils and butters, texture may soften or change slightly in warm weather. This does not affect product quality or performance.
